Due to the nature of our subscriptions, which allow immediate access to downloadable materials, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Users can purchase a subscription to access educational materials.
SingFónaic uses Stripe. The checkout page accepts valid promotion codes.
Subscription details, including pricing and duration, are outlined on the website.
Starter - 6 Month Subscription: Duration is 180 days.
Pro - 1 Year Subscription: Duration is 365 days.
Bundle - 1 Year & 1 Card Pack (22 Cards): Duration is 365 days. See Purchasing Cards below for more details.
With a subscription, you get full access, have access to downloadable content & lesson plans.
Subscriptions are non-recurring. ( No auto-renewal after subscription expires. )
Please use a valid and current email address and double check the spelling.
Purchases stack. If you have 10 days left of a 1 Year subscription and then buy again, it is stacked on your current subscription. ( I.e. 10 days + 365 days = 375 days. )
After purchase, please allow up to 24 hours for us to create your account and send you your login details. Please keep an eye on your inbox, spam and junk folders.

Large School - 1 Year Subscription: Duration is 365 days. This plan is for 9 or more teachers. (1 subscription each.) (Maximum of 30 teachers.)

In the case of purchasing a school plan, you will be contacted afterwards to confirm teacher details for each account.
Thereafter, please allow up to 24 hours for us to create the accounts and send the login details to each individual teacher. Each teacher should keep an eye on their inbox, spam and junk folders.

Users can purchase laminated cards (Pack of 22) through our site.
All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.
Each card is approx. 20.8cm tall by 14.5cm.
Each pack of cards weighs approx. 300g for 22 cards.
The full set of 22 laminated "Cártaí Comhrá" can be used in a classroom or home setting.
Please allow for up to 10 working days for delivery of your "Cártaí Comhrá".
Postage fee included.
The address you provide is the address your "Cártaí Comhrá" will be shipped to.
Up to 3 Packs of cards can be purchased at any one time.

If you have purchased a subscription, you can download and print materials from the download section to use in the classroom or at home.

Users must provide accurate information when subscribing to create an account.
Prohibited activities include sharing accounts, harassment and illegal behaviour.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our website or services.
